The artwork's journey · from screen to wall

Every work is born on screen, printed at gallery quality, packed with love — and arrives at your door ready to hang.

From screen to wall

Every artwork is printed especially for you, made to order — not pulled from a warehouse full of orphaned posters. We print at gallery quality on select materials, with durable ink meant to stay beautiful for years, not until next Tuesday.

Chose framing, glass or museum-grade printing at checkout? Great — everything is produced and assembled by us and arrives ready to hang. All you need is a nail (which, sadly, we still haven't managed to send by mail).

How long it takes

Since we make every item from scratch, there are two stages:

  • Production — usually 3–6 business days, depending on size, material and framing complexity.
  • Delivery — another 1–4 business days to your door, anywhere in Israel.

We'll update you at every stage, so you won't need to refresh the order page every five minutes (tempting as that is).

Large pieces, museum glass and special assemblies take a little longer — beautiful things don't rush.

Packaging with nothing to be ashamed of

We pack every piece as if it were our own: protected corners, cushioning layers, and cardboard that can grumpily absorb whatever the courier throws at it. The goal is simple — the artwork that reaches you should look exactly like the one you approved on screen.

What delivery costs

Home delivery — one flat price to every address in Israel. No asterisks, no "starting from", no price that changes with distance. Eilat and Metula pay exactly the same.

The price is shown clearly at checkout before payment — what you see in the order summary is what you pay. Full stop.

Where we ship

Right now we ship throughout Israel. Living overseas, or want to send a piece abroad as a gift? Write to us and we'll find a solution — good art is worth a bit of logistics.

Tracking and updates

All along the way you'll know exactly where your piece stands: order confirmation, production start, dispatch and delivery. No disappearing, and no generic "your request is being handled" for two weeks. You can always see the status in your orders area.

Arrived damaged? It's on us

It happens, even if truly not on purpose. If your piece arrived damaged, scratched or simply not as it should be — we'll repair or replace it, at our expense. No interrogations, no drama.

All we ask: photograph the damage and the packaging, and contact us within 7 days of receiving the delivery, so we can handle it quickly.

Cancellation and returns

Nothing is held in stock. Even a piece chosen from the gallery is printed and framed only after the order, to the size, frame, glass and mount the customer selected. It therefore falls under the statutory exemption for goods produced to a consumer's own specification, and cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

What can be cancelled: A gallery order — up until production starts. A commission brief — at any point before you pick the winning work, refunded in full. Contact us as early as you can and we will stop it if we have not started.

A defect or a mistake on our side? That is always on us (see section 07). Which is why we invest in visualisation and communication Before production — with a commission you see the work on a photo of your own wall at true scale, and in the gallery you see exactly what will be printed. Unsure before ordering? We're here to help you choose right.
