How does the gift card reach the recipient?
However suits you: receive it in your inbox, ready to forward or print — or we send it straight to the recipient's email, immediately or on a date you choose (the morning of their birthday, say). Your personal dedication appears on the card.
What can the gift card be used for?
The recipient chooses: a commissioned artwork — they describe their wall and real artists create proposals especially for them — or a ready original piece from the gallery. Either way, the work is printed at gallery quality and delivered to their door.
What if the chosen artwork costs more than the card?
They only pay the difference. And if it costs less — they simply set a commission budget equal to the card, so the full amount is put to use.
How long is the card valid?
5 years from activation, as required by consumer protection law. The code is kept by you and by us — even if the email goes missing, write to us and we'll track it down.
How do I pay for the card?
No online checkout: fill in the form and we'll get in touch to arrange a convenient payment — bank transfer, Bit or credit card by phone. As soon as payment is confirmed, the designed card is sent, ready to give.
