walll.art is a platform that connects people with an empty wall to artists who know how to fill it — AI artists, digital creators and traditional artists. You describe a space, artists create proposals, you choose, and it arrives printed at your door.

We are the organised middle: we run the stage, hold the payment until the work reaches you, and make sure everyone behaves. The artwork itself is made by the artist — not by us.

To commission or submit artworks you need an account. A few ground rules:

• Real details, please — we don't ship a metre-wide print to a made-up address.
• Your password is yours. Guard it like a safe code (and don't write it on a note next to the computer).
• One account = one person (or one business). Not an army of bots.

You're responsible for everything that happens under your account, so it's worth keeping it safe.

When you commission a work or buy from the gallery, the payment is charged and held by payment protection — it is not passed to the artist until the work is delivered to you. This is a protection we operate as a platform, not a bank trust account. So you know the payment does not leave us until you have received the work, and the artist knows the fee is set aside for them.

From every sale, the artist receives 70% and the platform 30%. Framing, glass and museum-grade printing are paid add-ons selected at checkout — they're the platform's production costs, not the artist's.

Every artwork belongs to its creator. Your purchase grants you a license to own, hang and enjoy the piece you bought — it doesn't make you the copyright holder.

• Don't resell, mass-print or trade the artwork as if it were yours.
• Don't upload other people's artworks and present them as your own. It isn't cool, and it isn't legal either.
• Artists keep their credit and artistic identity. Always.

The walll.art logo, name and design are ours — enjoy them on the site, but don't take them home.

A short list of things that will make us sad (and may get your account closed):

• Trying to break, hack or scrape the site. It's more fragile than it looks, and we're sensitive.
• Harassing, threatening or behaving nastily toward artists, clients or the team.
• Uploading content that is offensive, illegal, or that you don't hold the rights to.
• Using the site for anything that isn't "beautiful art on the wall".

When you upload a wall photo, a brief or an artwork — you confirm you have the right to do so. You remain the owner of your content, but you give us permission to use it to operate the service (for example, to preview an artwork on your wall, or to display a piece an artist published in the gallery). In short: we don't take anything, we only display so everything works.

We make every effort to keep everything running smoothly, beautifully and fast. That said, the internet is the internet — sometimes things go down, get delayed or act strangely. The service is provided "as is", and we can't promise it will be perfect 100% of the time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We're not liable for indirect damages, sudden loss of inspiration, or your cat deciding the new artwork is a hammock.

From time to time we'll update these terms — because life, because the law, because we learned something new. If we change anything material, we'll let you know. Continued use of the site after an update counts as acceptance of the updated version. (Yes, that's the classic line. We have lawyers too.)
